Heroes Happen Here - SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008 launch events

ITS Party time!!!

Well I'm joking, its not a real-party time in the sense of food & drinks, its party time for Database world. Year 2008 entered already that kicks Microsoft gearing up for worldwide events, important ones. Release of Visual Studio 2008, Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008!!!

This brings most of the users in IT to mark their calendar, that looks very busy. So when is the date Its February 27th 2008 and big question is "Are you Ready?". Still a bit of back-on news for SQL Server users that both Windows Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008 are set to release, and SQL Server 2008 will be late to join the band-wagon of Microsoft prestigious products. To all this event launch Microsoft has come up a catchy word - Heroes Happen Here:

Event

(I like this graphic on their site)

So what else you can get from these events, such as going to buy a car - try a test drive and here 'meet the experts' and as usual you can obtain a free copy of these products (well I can't promise but until now thats a Microsoft's trend). The actual kick off starts on Feb 27 in Los Angeles, Microsoft started accepting registration for these events. Take the account of SQL Server 2005 launch event which was extremely popular and registration for 2008 event has opened last week, so don't miss the bus.
